Overview

Wakeel Khalid serves the subscribers of a single food-ration agency. It lets them see the agent's availability, receive his notifications, browse service guides, and request home delivery of their food basket. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, we show no ads, and we use no tracking or analytics tools.

Data we collect

• Name — entered by you at sign-up.
• Phone number — entered by you; it identifies you to the agent and is how he contacts you.
• Home location (optional) — coordinates and a text description you set yourself on the map. Only needed if you want basket delivery; the rest of the app works without it.
• Push notification token — a technical device identifier used solely to deliver notifications.
• Delivery requests — date, status and any note you write.

About location: permission is requested only once, while you are on the "set my home" screen. We never track location in the background or while you move. You may also place your home pin manually without granting the permission at all.

Why we collect it

So the agent can identify you, contact you to confirm a delivery, reach your home when delivering the basket, and send you notifications such as basket arrival or ration-card guidance. We use your data for nothing else.

Who can see it

Only the agency owner, through his management app, and only to provide the service.

We rely on these technical providers, which do not use your data for their own purposes: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (server), Expo and Google Firebase (notification delivery), and OpenStreetMap (map imagery — it receives your IP address when the map opens, but never your name, phone or home location).

Deleting your data

Open the app's home screen, scroll to the bottom, press "حذف حسابي نهائياً" (Delete my account permanently), then confirm with "نعم، احذف حسابي" (Yes, delete my account).

This permanently deletes your entire account from our servers — name, phone, home location, delivery requests and notification token. Deletion is immediate; no copy is kept and there is no additional retention period.

Retention, security and children

Data is kept only while your account exists. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted over HTTPS. The app is intended for adult ration-card holders and is not directed at children under 13.
